I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership with Monica! The staff was professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. They walked me through each step of the process, explained everything clearly, and worked hard to help me find an option that fit my needs. Buying a car can be stressful, but the team made the experience smooth and straightforward. I appreciated their communication, transparency, and willingness to help throughout the process. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and genuinely wants to help, I would definitely recommend giving them a chance.

When we went in for a vehicle the salesrep was kind and determined to get us in a vehicle. We assumed she genuinely was trying to help us as we were in need of a vehicle, we were wrong they just wanted to make a sale. Once we got approved they rushed us at signing by flying through the paperwork. We had to bring the vehicle back in 2 days later for a leaking tire which they took care of but this should have been inspected prior to sale. The service secretary is extremely rude and unproffesional she acts as if its an inconvinience to HER for us to get work done there. Her attitude is so nasty the front desk clearly avoids relaying information they would rather have the customer deal with her. We mentioned the battery was 6 years old at signing we asked that they replace it they said they would look at it they claimed it was fine but not a month later it died on us they refused to reimburse us for the money spent on a new battery. They promised us 3 free oil changes when we called to schedule one they all of a sudden couldnt honor it due to the fact that we didnt purchase an extended warranty.. should have known this place was a joke when we heard the sales representatives talking ab

If I could, I would give this review no stars… I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue on April 11th, and in less than 30 days this has been nothing but a nightmare. I’ve already had to bring it in multiple times for diagnostics, brakes, rotors, and a tie rod. I brought it back again because something felt wrong and was told nothing was wrong—but the very next day, a different mechanic confirmed the transmission is BAD. On top of that, the car doesn’t respond properly when I press the gas. Sometimes it won’t go unless I press the pedal halfway down, and then it suddenly jerks forward and takes off fast. There have been incidents where my daughters were in the car, which makes this extremely unsafe. During one visit, I also reported an issue with the brake light. The service employee initially didn’t believe me and looked at me like I was lying when I showed pictures. When they finally checked, the light did not work, and instead of handling it professionally, she was banging on the light and had a very rude, dismissive attitude. I’ve had to repeatedly leave my car at the dealership, miss work, and rearrange my life just to deal with a vehicle that should have never been sold in this condi
